Spring is in the air!

It has been an incredibly long winter, but I think Spring has finally made her appearance! This past weekend we set to work on cleaning and organizing.

Saturday we spent the morning running some errands around town. Once we got home I thought we should finally attempt the dreaded task of organizing our trailer storage. We went through everything in just over an hour! The kids were all able to play in the driveway with Ella's bike and the boys' ride-on cars. I found some spring and summer clothing for the kids, a few baby items I was looking for, a push/ride-on car for Seven to use, and even my breast pump! Maybe I can finally find a time to get a babysitter for the first time since Seven was born!

Anyways, in the afternoon on Saturday we let the kids have quiet time while Aj hung out with Seven. During that time I went through all of the kids dressers and packed away all of the clothes that no longer fit them. I organized and folded what was left, and even went through the chest of soon-to-fit clothes for Seven.

The rest of the day consisted of tidying up, making a yummy dinner, and loads and loads of laundry. It was a good productive day. The weather was perfect!

Sunday we had a relaxing morning, not up to too much. In the late morning I did a bit of practice driving in the parking lot. I am incredibly anxious about driving and so far do not enjoy it one bit. I hope I can become comfortable with it soon.

After the driving lesson from my amazing AJ, we decided to go for a drive around our hometown and do some exploring. We found a few roads that we have never taken and enjoyed the adventure! After that we decided to take a little road trip and explore a town we have never visited. We loved the town and would definitely consider moving there in the future!

All in all it was a nice weekend. AJ is back on afternoons for the next two weeks, so that will be hard.  It is no fun sleeping alone, though at least I have extra time to blog!

AJ update: He's so incredibly loving, and patient with me. He let me take a nap on his lap today!
Ella update: She can now count to 20! Yay!
Kalan update: He has been quite difficult lately, my moody toddler!
Seven update: He can flush the toilet, and climb! Boy can that boy climb!

Hoping for a productive week!
